About Pauline Waters – Founder of Geez A Wee Hand Ltd Pauline Waters was born and raised in Easterhouse, Glasgow, Scotland, before moving to Corby at the age of 13. Her Scottish roots are a big part of who she is, and they’re where the name Geez A Wee Hand Ltd comes from – a little bit of home brought into the heart of the community. She wanted to offer a more personal, down-to-earth service where people could get the help they needed without feeling like just another number. Her business was built around people, not just jobs. Whether it’s helping someone keep on top of their housework, popping to the shops, attending appointments, looking after pets, or simply sitting down for a cuppa and a chat, Pauline understands that sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference. Pauline’s aim is to help people maintain their independence, feel supported in their own homes and know that somebody genuinely cares. She believes that everyone deserves dignity, companionship and a helping hand, regardless of their circumstances. Building Geez A Wee Hand Ltd is about more than running a business. It’s about making a real difference in the community, supporting people who
